HR Technologies 2025 will host over 90 exhibitors, each ready to showcase their groundbreaking products, offer live demonstrations, and host engaging discussions about how their latest offerings can solve the complex challenges faced by HR professionals today and future-proof HR departments.
Among the highlights, Personio will present solutions designed to help companies navigate evolving regulations and foster a fair and transparent workplace, including a newly launched whistleblowing channel to aid in EU legislation compliance. Sage People will showcase its Sage HR platform, demonstrating how it simplifies recruitment and other essential HR functions for small and growing businesses. HiBob will unveil its next-generation payroll processing solution, specifically tailored for the UK workforce, promising to streamline payroll operations and ensure adherence to UK regulations. Meanwhile, Employment Hero will launch its Employment Operating System (OS), a unified platform integrating every stage of the employee lifecycle with AI-driven features like SmartMatch for intelligent candidate matching and HeroAI for instant HR support. UKG will showcase the latest AI advancements in UKG Ready®, designed to facilitate a more human-centred workplace and enhance employee engagement. Finally, Workday is set to demonstrate how its AI capabilities are revolutionising budgeting and forecasting, empowering leaders with greater financial control.
Learn from industry leaders
During the two-days, visitors will have the unique opportunity to hear insights from representatives at Tesco, Lloyds Banking Group, Diageo, Pregnant then Screwed, and SAP who will inspire attendees to shape the future of the workplace environment with proven strategy and innovation at the event’s two keynote stages. Through a range of panel sessions and presentations, a key focus will be placed on maximising investment into businesses and employees to nurture a successful workplace environment.

Later, David Perring, Chief Insights Officer of Fosway Group; Fiona Orchard, Head of HR at CloserStill Media; and Derek Bruce, Leadership & Culture Manager at Tesco will join the panel discussion ‘The Role of Skills in Building an Agile and High Performing Workforce’ (Day 1, 11:30) to delve into how to prioritise upskilling and reskilling strategies. Putting discussions into practice Bob Rehill, Founder & CEO of Cintriq will provide actionable guidance on ‘Building Your Compelling Case for Change’ (Day 1, 12:00), equipping attendees to secure buy-in for HR technologies. In addition, Laura Newman-Milone, Global Head of People Analytics at Diageo will lead ‘Beyond KPIs: Unlocking Workforce Insights with System Thinking’ (Day 2, 10:30) to explore how Diageo is capturing the complexity of today’s workforce by adopting systems-thinking metrics to analyse and gain insight on employee performance.
Complementing organisational transformation discussions, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are now the heart of modern HR, and a number of keynote sessions will explore strategies for creating thriving workplaces. ‘The Culture Compass: Navigating Employee Engagement During Transitions’ (Day 1, 12:40) will be hosted by Charlotte Johns, Global Head of Talent & Communications at Elida Beauty, who will offer valuable advice on navigating employee engagement during periods of transition, equipping attendees with strategies to maintain a motivated and productive team.
Day two will bring future-facing focus on what’s next in HR technologies, David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group will host ‘Beyond the Hype: How innovation and AI is impacting HR strategy and systems in 2025’ (Day 2, 10:00) to examine the multifaceted challenges facing HR, including economic pressures, new work models, and skills gaps, alongside the rapid evolution of HR technology and AI. To support the topic, David will present Fosway Group’s latest research to clarify the realities of HR tech investment. Ben Eubanks, CEO of Lighthouse Research & Advisory will identify the ‘5 Key Indicators of HR’s Bright Future’ (Day 1, 14:50) to share an optimistic look at the changing role of HR and how it will continue to fit into wider company processes to promote employee wellbeing and success. Lastly, Katrina Collier, Author, Facilitator, and Speaker at Katrina Collier Limited will lead the keynote “AI vs. Recruiter: Will You Win?” (Day 2, 11:50) exploring the evolving dynamic between AI and recruiters.
Close-knit conversations
Alongside the keynote stages, HR Technologies UK will also hold four seminar streams bringing over 50 dedicated sessions for solution providers to share insights, advice, and learnt experience.
Among the day one agenda, Emily Johnson, Senior Privacy and AI Compliance Manager at Deel (11:10) will offer advice for businesses to ensure compliance when implementing AI-led HR software, despite the lack of a direct and dedicated law. Bringing a case study of integrating technology into hiring processes Nkem Nwankwo, Group Product Manager at Greenhouse Software will be joined by
Chris Lees, Hiring Operations Lead at Monzo. Together, they will explore experiences with job discovery and applications to candidate assessment and onboarding processes. They’ll help attendees learn how to reduce friction in hiring, source candidates faster, and ultimately make better data-driven hiring decisions.
Day two will see Richard Doherty, Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Workday touch on the AI skills revolution and how its recent research demonstrates calls to action for every organisation looking to modernise and streamline HR practises (10:55). In addition, Gethin Nadin, Chief Innovation Officer – Zellis UK Limited will cover how financial wellbeing, when prioritised, boosts wellbeing, customer success, and investor returns (10:30).
Championing AI services
The rapid integration of AI is well-known to be reshaping HR practices. Recognising this, HR Technologies UK is hosting the very first ‘Innovation & AI’ competition on day two of the event.
Exhibiting companies are invited to submit their AI-driven HR solutions, emphasising the value and benefits they provide. During HR Technologies UK, successful applicants will participate in a ‘Dragons’ Den’ style, 10-minute pitch to a panel of judges headed up by Bill Boorman on the Innovation Stage. The competition winner will receive a free exhibitor stand and a 30-minute seminar speaking slot at HR Technologies UK 2026.
Emerging changemakers
The event will once again feature its popular Start-Up Zone and Start-Up Showdown competition, designed to highlight the most innovative new companies in the HR tech space.
The Start-Up Zone provides a focused area for the selected businesses to interact with attendees, generate potential clients, and enhance brand awareness. Companies set to showcase their solutions include Mozaik, WorkSmile, Cruit, Hapcha, Nartio, Unbiasly, Welliba, Hoogly and Workflex.
Participating start-ups also have the chance to take part in the Start-Up Showdown, a competition judged by a panel of industry experts, further enhancing their visibility with the winner securing a free stand at HR Technologies UK 2026. Co-located with Learning Technologies
HR Technologies UK will be co-located with Learning Technologies, Europe’s leading workplace learning event held by CloserStill Media. In 2024, it welcomed over 11,000 attendees, more than 200 exhibitors, and hosted 200+ free L&D seminars. The events are interlinked, with visitors at HR Technologies UK also gaining direct access to Learning Technologies.
