Zeta appoints Shubhayu Sengupta as chief people officer

Zeta, a provider of next-gen banking technology to financial institutions globally, announced the appointment of Shubhayu Sengupta as its Chief People Officer. 

In this role, Shubhayu will oversee all people and workplace-related functions for more than 1700 employees globally. He will also be responsible for driving people strategy, enhancing organisational culture, and leading talent management initiatives to support the company’s growth in the banking technology domain globally. 

Before joining Zeta, Shubhayu held senior roles at organisations such as PwC, Swiss Re, Wells Fargo, and EY.
