Salutem Care and Education has introduced Wagestream Workplace Savings as an additional benefit to the full Wagestream offering of salary streaming, and other financial benefits.
Wagestream is, a financial benefits platform designed to support the financial wellbeing of colleagues.
The extra benefit allows employees to access a workplace savings account with an attractive 4.7% annual equivalent rate (AER), providing them with a valuable tool to manage their finances more effectively.
Unlike many high street savings accounts, the Wagestream account does not require staff to deposit a fixed amount to benefit from the competitive interest rate. Employees also enjoy the flexibility of being able to withdraw their savings at any time, without incurring fees or penalties.
Moreover, it is fully protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, ensuring staff can save with confidence, knowing their money is secure.
This initiative comes as part of Salutem Care and Education’s ongoing efforts to enhance employee wellbeing. In recent years, it has introduced several initiatives, including the launch of ‘Salutem Extras’, an app that offers additional benefits and perks for employees.
