Nucleus Software, a provider of digital lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, has appointed Swati Patwardhan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with effect from May 20.
With over 19 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Swati brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
In her new role, Swati will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global HR strategies, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will include driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, and aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives.
