Organon India has named Vivek Soares as its new country lead for India and South Asia, effective June 1. In this role, he has succeeded Anjan Sen, who retired after 35 years in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Soares is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, excelling in team leadership and collaboration across countries and functions.
Soares brings over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having held numerous leadership roles at both country and regional levels.
Before being named as new country lead for India and South Asia at Organon India, Soares worked as strategic partnerships & business development lead for Organon Thailand. He joined the biopharmaceutical company in June 2021 as head of strategic partnerships & business development, in Thailand.
