ACME Group has announced the appointment of Atma Godara as Vice President, Head of People & Culture. In this role, Atma will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s HR strategy, organisational culture, and talent development.
Before joining ACME, Atma was associated with Netflix as HRBP, Head HR – Production. Previously, Atma led digital transformation at OYO, business partnering and Total Rewards at GreyOrange, Business Partnering at RIL, Change Management at BHEL, and Software Engineering at Samsung.
Over the years, Atma has held diverse positions in India and global markets, leading organisational transformation, scaling up a startup to 10x, and laying foundations on Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Inclusion & Diversity.
