Supercoder to create 3,000 remote jobs for Indian developers by 2025

South Korean tech platform Supercoder has announced ambitious plans to create 3,000 remote job opportunities for Indian software developers by the end of 2025. Currently offering 800 positions, the platform aims to significantly expand its footprint in the Indian tech industry, said a statement by the company.

Supercoder, a part of the K-Startup Centre (KSC) – India 2024 accelerator program, has forged strategic partnerships with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). These collaborations aim to bridge the gap between Indian developers and global markets, particularly South Korea, providing access to premium job opportunities.

“Our mission is to connect Indian talent with global opportunities,” said Supercoder CEO Jay Choi. “We’re committed to offering high-quality, remote jobs that meet the evolving needs of the tech industry.”

Supercoder’s rigorous screening process, including behavioural interviews and live technical assessments, ensures that candidates are well-prepared for client interviews. The platform boasts an impressive track record, with 82% of placements resulting in long-term full-time roles and 99% of positions being remote.

To further expand its reach, Supercoder plans to introduce junior-level software engineering roles in the latter half of 2024, addressing the growing demand for fresh talent.

Supercoder recruits top developers from a global pool of over 110,000 applicants through a rigorous vetting process and connects them with domestic companies.
