Her focus on continuous improvement aims to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and performance across all levels of the organisation.

She has been pivotal in designing and implementing innovative onboarding processes, development programs, and offboarding experiences. She focuses on developing and investing in people managers, providing them with the tools, development paths, and career support necessary to align with the organisation’s goals. This involves revisiting and revising policies to adapt to a growing and dynamic workforce.
