Axis Securities has appointed Ketan Darji as the new TA head. This is his second stint with the company. In his previous role at Axis Securities, Darji worked as talent acquisition head and HR business partner. In his new role, he is responsible for leading talent acquisition.
He worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as vice president of HR for seven months since December 2023.

Darji has more than 14 years of experience in talent acquisition. Anand Rathi Financial Services, Sahara India, Karvy Stock Broking, Angel Broking, Sharekahn, and HDFC Bank are other organisations where he held various positions previously.
He comes with expertise in recruitment and selection, talent acquisition, staffing, campus hiring, employer branding, mentoring, coaching, team management, and vendor management.
