Mumbai-based courier delivery services company DTDC Express has appointed Ankita Tiwari as the CHRO, effective June.

She is an HR leader with over 23 years of progressive experience leading HR Centers of Excellence & HRBP roles.
She comes with an extensive cross-cultural experience in Manufacturing, Speciality Chemicals, Logistics, and IT-Telecom leading to proficiency in adapting HR practices to diverse, complex environments and international settings.
Ankita has joined DTDC Express from Pidilite Industries where she worked as VP HR for two years. In her previous role, she was responsible for leading talent management, DEI, employee engagement, field-force HR, compensation, benefits, operations, policies & HRBP (B2B) for the organisation.
