Hexaware plans to hire 8,000 employees globally

Hexaware Technologies, a global technology solutions provider, announced plans to hire between 6,000 and 8,000 employees globally in 2024, the company announced in a statement.

The Indian IT consulting company based in Mumbai operates in over 45 offices across 16 countries globally and has a workforce of over 30,000.

The recruitment drive will target professionals for offshore, onshore, and near-shore centres in India, the US, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the UK.

“I’m thrilled to announce that Hexaware is expanding,” said Rajesh Balasubramanian, Executive Vice President & Global Head – Talent Supply Chain at Hexaware. “We’re actively seeking talented individuals across the globe to join our team.”

In India, the company will focus on hiring for locations including Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun, and Bengaluru. Key roles include ServiceNow Tech Leads, Automation Testing Specialists (API), AEM Architects, Big Data Leads, and Workday Financial Consultants.

For the United States, Canada, and Mexico, Hexaware seeks Cloud Application Architects (Azure), ESM Architects (ServiceNow), Java Full Stack Engineers, and Test Analysts (SDET) with automation expertise.

In the United Kingdom, the company plans to recruit Test Managers, AEM specialists, DevOps professionals, and Full-Stack Developers. Polish operations will focus on hiring Full-stack Developers.
