HROne secures $4 million in series B funding round

HRTech industry player HROne has secured USD 4 million (Rs 33 crores) in its Pre-Series B funding round, led by current investors Insitor Partners and Prudent Investment Managers. 

With the Pre-Series B Funding, HROne is planning to utilise it for product innovation, market expansion, scaling up operations, and enhancing customer experience.

“With this new investment, we’re on track to create a powerful AI-first HCM suite. While we bring this vision to life, we won’t compromise on our mobile-first approach, which is critical to HR Tech adoption in organizations. This investment will go into building more high value add features that can transform the impact an HR function can deliver for the organization,” reads a statement issued by HROne.

With this funding, HROne also plans to focus on rolling out new strategic programs to sustain its hypergrowth phase. “We’ll be using this Pre-Series B capital to scale up our operations to support the programs required to meet these goals.”

Currently, HROne, is serving more than 1,500 clients across 20+ industries. With this influx of investment, HROne is primed to drive strategic programs to improve its market reach, target new segments, and expand its footprint in the current markets. They plan to achieve these targets by launching new product offerings and enhancing current offerings.
