ManipalCigna Health Insurance announced the appointment of Richa Chatterjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective September 2.
With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Richa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
In this role, Richa will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR strategies, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Before joining, ManipalCigna, Richa held the role of CHRO and President at Indian Infoline Group. Earlier in her career, Richa has worked in various capacities within the HR domain with organisations like Network18, The Boston Consulting Group (India), and Tata Motors.
