Meesho appoints four independent directors to its board

Social commerce startup Meesho has onboarded four new independent directors to its board. Kalpana Morparia, former chairman for South and Southeast Asia at JP Morgan; Hari S. Bhartia, founder and co-chairman of Jubilant Bhartia group; Surojit Chatterjee, founder and chief executive of generative AI firm Ema; and Rohit Bhagat, former chairman for Asia Pacific at BlackRock are the latest to join Meesho as independent directors.
