TeamBridge, a startup designed to transform HR management for hourly workforces, has raised $28 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Mayfield, with contributions from existing investors General Catalyst and Abstract Ventures.
Founded by former Uber executives Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein, TeamBridge aims to address the inefficiencies in managing hourly employees by providing a comprehensive workforce operating system (OS).
The new funds will be allocated to accelerate advancements in product development, artificial intelligence, and enterprise infrastructure.
Arjun Vora, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, highlighted the company’s mission, stating, “Most tech companies are building for each other. We’re focused on the hourly workforce, which represents 60-70% of the global workforce. Our goal is to bring a technology revolution to this sector.”
TeamBridge’s software, developed by a team with backgrounds from Uber, Google, Airbnb, Meta, and others, offers businesses a modular approach to building customised workflows and mobile applications. This technology aims to replace outdated legacy systems and manual processes, providing a more efficient and self-service experience for frontline staff.

Since its launch in late 2022, TeamBridge has expanded across various sectors, including medical staffing, homecare, warehouse staffing, and hospitality. The company reported a fourfold increase in growth in 2023 and has doubled its user base in the first quarter of 2024. The platform now supports over 300,000 employees.

TeamBridge plans to expand its team significantly over the next 6-12 months as it continues to develop its platform and enhance its services for the hourly workforce.
