Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has appointed Neha Jain as the Group Human Resources Director -Asia, Middle East, Africa, ANZ + Innovation Emerging Markets COE.
In this role, she is responsible for the design and execution of a people strategy that is closely aligned with business strategy.
She also spearheads HR integration, technology strategy and transformation in various geographies and countries, including any M&A due diligence, in-licensing, and out-licensing opportunities.
